JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: DIGITAL MARKETING
1. Job Description:- Research customers and needs of each audience to come up with a marketing plan for new products.
- Planning and executing online advertising campaigns: Producing content, operating Facebook advertising channels and implementing Marketing projects. Strong in Facebook Ads
- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns, optimize bid prices and conversion rate.
- Review evaluation and change to match the requirements of each advertising campaign.
- Research and update new technologies, algorithms and tricks of advertising channels.
- Responsible for developing and improving Marketing productivity (according to KPI) before the Board of Directors.
- Responsible for managing advertising budget from $2,000 - $5,000/week.
2. Requirements:- At least 1 year experience in Digital Marketing field
- Ability to self-produce content
- Active, frank, not afraid of work
- Age from
- Passionate about Marketing in general and Digital Marketing in particular.
- Interested in creative research in the fields of Startup, Technology, Education, E-commerce.
- Able to work under pressure, able to work independently or in a team with high creativity.
- Have a laptop
- Design ability (Ps, Ai) is an advantage.
- Do not accept candidates working in the field of oriental medicine, functional foods.
3. Benefits:- Fixed salary from 8,50000 VND to 15,000,000 VND (negotiable according to ability) - Upto 30,000,000 VND income
- Probation: 100% salary
- Evaluation of appointment, salary increase 2 times/year. There is always a clear and open promotion mode with an increase in staff size of 30% - 50%/year.
