・ Recruitment, interview, personnel evaluation
* Manage and develop new businesses
* Regular meeting and email with head office in Japan (requires high level of Japanese)
* Manage existing businesses
・Manages about 100 employees
・ Develop production plan
・ Import and export planning
・ Operational management, KPI management
・Recruiting, interviewing, evaluating personnel

Requirement
- Age: 25 ~ 35
・Japanese N1-2
・Over 3 years of working experience in Japanese company
・More than 3 years of experience as a leader or manager (Experience in managing more than 20 people)
・More than 3 years of business development experience

・Experience in IT field
■Salary: Up to 3500USD Gross
