JOB DESCRIPTION
1. STUDENT ASSESSMENT. Complete assessment for students and provide EC in order to send parents tinmely
2. TAKE CARE DONE-DEMO. Work closely with EC after demo-class to educate parents' mindsets on their children's development and how Little Einsteins program could help them
3. REFFERAL. Support current customers, building relationship, understand customer's needs and demands to get refferal customers
4. RETENTION. Meet 100% teaching qualification in class, using student evaluation/assessment to work closely with EC in consulting on re-enrolment
5. LEARNING MATERIALS. Aggresively guide parents to teach kids at home and create revenue from goods.
6. LESSON MANAGEMENT. Always teach accurately following lesson plan. Must prepare, learn by heart & practice lessons of all levels one week advance, with self-recorded video submitted.
7. TEACHING QUALITY. Able to consistently deliver value teaching quality with profound early childhood knowledge & following teaching qualification
8. CLASS CONTROL. Able to control student behaviors, disciplines, safety and manage a group of parents & students at maximum standard class size.
9. WORK ETHICS. Line-manager's assessment of the staff's common Efforts, Attitudes, Professionalism, Cross-functional teamwork to your team, other teams and the whole company. Guarantee the good quality of works in assigned individual/team project demonstrated by the results which are approved by your line-manager. Participate and take a role in all company's gathering, meeting and events planning.
REQUIREMENTS
-Excellent pronunciation, active and powerful style
-Love children
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-A dynamic, creative and professional approach with a passion for teaching and a commitment to real education.
-Professional in both dress, appearance and attitude
-Self-motivated, disciplined and result-oriented
-Work commitment at least 2 years
