Travel Agency staff Japanese (Freelancer) Healthcare tourism ■ Contents of work: • Contact travel agents and corporate partners, providing them with information • Send accurate quotes and confirm with customers • Keep a close eye on and stay informed about each of your bookings while guests are in the country until they leave. • Handle and respond to comments and complaints (if any). • Work closely with the accounting department to track payments
