Job description:
•Actively greet and guide customers in the store to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Regularly keep the store space clean and tidy.
• Set sales goals and develop sales strategy.
• Present and answer customers' questions about products and services.
• Research customer needs, provide solutions and lead customers to make product purchasing decisions.
• Contact potential and current customers by phone, via email and in person at the showroom.
• Inform customers about discounted products and special offers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Provide customer feedback to Store Manager.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Participate in sales team meetings.
Request:
• Excellent consulting, customer care and presentation skills.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent sales skills, ability to connect and sell to high-end customers. Listen, understand customer needs, provide appropriate solutions to sell products.
• Good negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Being able to communicate in English is a plus.
• Having a passion or liking for sports is a plus.
Benefits and salary:
• Salary: 7,000,000 – 10,000,000 VND + High commission (up to 10%)
