Job description

1. Plans and targets:
Receive and complete business targets assigned by the Director of Large Business Center (KPIs)
Coordinate with the Director of the Large Business Center to complete the target of the whole center
Proposing/Recommending to the Director of the Large Business Center about the center's strategy
2. Sales:
Establish and build large and important customer relationships for the Bank
Establish and build customer relationships to sell CIB products
Coordinate with product departments to structure and maximize sales for CIB customers
Coordinate with other business units of VPBank (Branch, TT SME, Science and Technology, FX, TB-FI) to cross-sell personal deposit products, cards, payroll, etc., and sell products chain-financed products to make the most of customers, promote and develop VPBank's services.
Coordinate with affiliates to develop and manage sales
Coordinate with support departments to ensure the best service to customers
Lead, guide and encourage Customer Relationship Managers (RM), RM Assistants (ARMs) in the team.
Manage portfolio of customers and potential customers
Credit quality management
Manage overdue debt portfolio
3. Service quality
Ensure all operations of the team are focused on customers to achieve high customer service standards, ensuring service quality commensurate with the large corporate customer segment
4. Compliance
Ensure there are no violations from internal audit conclusions
Ensure compliance with VPBank's policies and procedures
5.Employee Management
Manage ARM and develop into potential RM
Lead, motivate and train employees to achieve set targets and standards
Proposing to fire, hire, increase salary, promote and transfer personnel

Job requirements

University graduate or higher
Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking and financial sector
Has management experience
Experience in corporate banking
