Job description
1. Develop after-sales service plan, cooperate with agents to maintain after-sales service network;
2. Be responsible for training and managing agents, so that the agent's service system operates according to the airline's unified requirements;
3. Provide service standards, so that all customers can enjoy consistent and high-quality services from agents;
4. Handling complaints, improving customer satisfaction rate, monitoring agency service efficiency;
5. Perform day-to-day management, supervision, coordination and assessment of agents;
6. Building spare parts system and working process, managing spare parts warehouse.
Candidate Requirements
• University degree in automotive engineering or related discipline;
• Having more than 5 years of experience in managing after-sales service;
• Priority is given to those who are able to develop the after-sales service market and have experience in building systems from the beginning;
• Fluent in English or Chinese
