Job Description

1. Develop plans for marketing advertising campaigns on platforms (Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Zalo...)
+ Make implementation plans and budgets, goals of Digital MKT advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Zalo...) by Year, Quarter, Month, Week or arise as required

2. Deploy management and advertising campaigns on the platform
+ Manage website and entire Online channel
+ Daily monitor budget developments and effectiveness of advertising campaigns on channels (Facebook, Google,..), optimize CPM, CPC and conversion rate indicators. Report metrics to higher management levels and optimize target customer groups for each campaign.
+ Monitor, update and report website indicators, thereby proposing activities to optimize indicators on the channel
+ Adjust budget according to daily revenue efficiency

3. Research the market, competitors and customers on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Shopee...)

4. Coordinate to deploy management and expand e-commerce channels (Shopee, Lazada, tiktokshop...)
+ Implement channel management activities, optimize search keywords, run display ads on e-commerce platforms:
+ Optimize product keywords on websites/e-commerce platforms
+ Deploy advertising on the floor
+ Manage budgets, propose solutions to deploy sales campaigns to optimize revenue and sales channel efficiency

5. Instructions for training the marketing team on advertising thinking and advertising tools.

6. Propose programs and campaigns to help promote the company, brand or product; Monitor campaigns, make statistics, and analyze data to be able to adjust campaigns at the right time, bringing the best results; Directly report the results of the campaign to the board of directors.

7. Continuously update insight information, learn about user needs to increase the quality of advertising. Search and deploy new advertising channels, evaluate the suitability of each channel with each campaign goal
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in journalism, marketing or related fields;
- Have experience working as a Digital Marketing specialist or similar position.
- Deep understanding of Marketing departments (including traditional Marketing and Digital Marketing) and market research methods.
- Experience analyzing data and using marketing tools.
- Proficient in using MS Office, marketing tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and SEO tools (Web Analytics, Google Adwords...).
- Have knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Have team management skills;
- Agile, able to work under pressure;
- Proactive in solving tasks. Have knowledge of marketing at a good level or higher;
- Have good knowledge of major advertising channels such as: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, have a good overview of Digital Ads: Facebook, Google, Zalo, Website, SMS, Telesale,...
- Having the ability to analyze data or understanding data analysis tools is an advantage;
- Ability to basically use some media designers to create advertising content: 70% ability to deploy Ads or Ecommerce, 30% ability to analyze data and propose cost strategies for advertising .
