Job Description

  • Organize the implementation of the Decisions of the Board of Directors, the Resolutions of the Board of Directors and the General Meeting of Shareholders, supervise and inspect all business activities and investment plans of the Branch that have been approved by the Board of Directors. approved by the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors and the General Meeting of Shareholders.
  • Develop short-term and long-term development plans of the Branch. Proposing appropriate development plans for each period.
  • Building business policies, developing and managing customer systems.
  • Deploying at the branch the promotion programs, sales programs of the Company.
  • Participating in finding new markets and customers, building and developing customer systems.
  • Evaluate potential customers, prospective customers and loyal customers, contributing a high proportion to sales to have an appropriate care plan.
  • Set budget for marketing, sales and operating activities performed within the assigned budget.
  • Organize and propose the Board of Directors to approve sales, customer care and debt policies.
  • Organize the implementation of approved sales and customer care policies.
  • Formulate and propose product offering unit prices.
  • Receive and process customer feedback within the assigned authority.
  • Market and product research at the Branch.
  • Negotiate and sign Economic Contracts, Labor Contracts, other types of transactions within the scope of authorization and manage Economic Contracts with Customers at the Branch.
  • Directing the implementation of business processes and regulations and coordinating the activities of the Departments/Departments in the Branch.
  • Branch personnel management.
  • Monitor, manage and report on HR situation at the unit.
  • Implement human resource management regimes, policies and systems at the unit.
  • Recruit, train, arrange and appoint Human Resources to meet business needs.
  • Signing/amending/terminating the Labor Contract for HR of the unit.
  • Guiding, training, coaching and developing employees in the unit.
  • Coordinating with the Administration - Human Resources Department of the Company to build a sustainable labor relationship, increasing employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Responsible for managing overdue debts of the Branch, explaining to the Board of Directors if any damage arises.
  • Export - import - inventory management at the branch
  • Decide on issues related to the performance of assigned functions, tasks and daily business activities of the Branch.
  • Decide the operating budget for the Departments and units in the Branch according to the development plan approved by the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors.
  • Properly implement internal inspection and control procedures at the unit, ensuring that all professional activities at the unit comply with regulations, processes/procedures and work instructions.
  • Periodically report on the performance of functions, tasks and business activities of the Branch.
  • Other duties as directed by the Board of Directors and Board of Directors.
