Job Description

1. Carry out market and marketing research Carry out market research; Survey customer needs at households and B2C customers in the management area.

Contact customers when performing tasks; communication/distribution of publications, leaflets, quotes, posting posters/stickers/

Implement online/offline marketing programs, promote images, products, and services to customers in the area.

Spread posts, like, share on social networks such as fanpage, facebook, zalo, instagram...

2. Organize and develop sales channels

Implement planning, recruitment, and development of sales associates and sales channels in the management area. Professional training; features, product/service policies, sales skills for collaborators3. Receiving and assigning targets, business management (work source, revenue)

Receive revenue targets, find job sources, develop B2C customers. Develop revenue, organize and deploy sales of products and services in the management area (B2C customers).4. Customer care work

Operate the sales channel (CTV) to regularly take care of postpaid customers and old customers in the assigned area so that customers are satisfied (send emails, call, come directly, interact on zalo, face...). Update customer and competitor information in the area into summary tables and software. Report customer satisfaction levels weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually or unexpectedly.

Candidate requirements

- Male, Related Education/Professional Qualification: University degree or higher majoring in Economics, Business Administration, information technology, electronics and telecommunications...

- Experience in managing a sales team is preferred

- Skill requirements:

Informatics: Successfully mastered office informatics.
