JOB GOALS:
- Achieve sales revenue targets on each product line of the Supermarket & Staff in the management area
- Achieve professional sales staff standards as prescribed by the company
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Deploy monthly sales goals, plans & programs for sales consultants [SA]
- Track, monitor and promote sales progress by Day / Week / Month of the product lines in charge
- Arrange effective Sales Schedules for employees to maximize sales according to the specifics of the industry.
- Check & control compliance with LBH & SA's standard & professional sales process
- Make periodic visits to supermarkets to train SAs, and collect market information to provide timely feedback to the company to propose additional sales promotions to achieve revenue targets for the month.
- Motivate, build and develop the spirit and capacity of the SA team
- Build relationships with the supermarket industry to carry out SA-related human resource procedures
- Coordinate with the recruitment & training department to supplement/replace resigned SAs or expand recruitment from time to time
- Propose initiatives to improve/enhance SA's sales productivity.
