Project supervision at Ha Noi - Landco

Supervision of construction works as assigned.

Monitor assigned project management.

Confirm the volume and items that have been checked and accepted to meet the monthly quality standards of the units in charge.

Participate in the formulation, appraisal/approval of construction methods, technical designs of works.

- Study the design of the projects assigned to supervise and monitor, detect errors, exist and make amendments and supplements.

Mastering the legal provisions on construction law, construction standards and related regulations.

Understanding technical standards of materials, equipment, interior products - installation works.

Proficient in construction, design and construction drawings of m&e works.

Graduated from universities: Construction, architecture, transportation, Polytechnic,…

At least 1 year of construction supervision experience.

Knowledge of interior design - construction and/or project coordination (can train new employees).

Men are preferred (commuting often, can work far away and work overtime).
