- Manage, check and supervise all restaurant operations.
- Going to periodically and unexpectedly check restaurants on all issues such as: kitchen department, food quality, menu quality and customer feedback, service quality, etc.
- Build good relationships with organizations, state agencies... related to the restaurant's activities.
- Capture the human resource situation, synthesize and propose HR issues in management positions: Kitchen Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, serving positions, cashier,... for Managers HR Manager.
- Conduct recruitment and training with the Company's Human Resources Manager in positions for the restaurant department.
- Specific job will be discussed at interview.
