Job Description

  • ? Job description:
  • Directly teach online and offline classes as assigned by the branch
  • Prepare lesson plans, exercises, supplementary programs, project activities, ensure teaching quality as required
  • Monitor the number and quality of students. Proposing to transfer students to appropriate classes…
  • Grade students' tests and project assignments
  • Monitor students' academic ability and progress in the classroom in charge
  • Coordinating departments at the branch to organize field trips, project classes, contests, student care events
  • Attend parent meetings. Discuss with parents about student's academic performance.
  • Advise the Branch Manager on necessary changes in the training process to improve the training quality of the company.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director/Head of Training Department.
  • ? Job requirements:
  • Graduated from university majoring in English pedagogy/ majoring in English
  • IELTS 7.0 or higher is preferred, has experience in teaching English (IELTS is preferred), and is oriented to professional pedagogical development.
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, long-term commitment
  • Have a sense of responsibility and progress at work
