■Job description
- Act as the first technical point of contact with potential pre-sales prospects and post-sale customers.
- Responsible for customer technical issues, find ways to resolve these issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide pre-sales support pesentation, seminars and webinars to promote the company's products
- Advise customers on new features
- Provide training courses and consulting on tools
- After-sales support for customers via email, webinars and phone.
- Create support tool documentation, tutorials, videos and demos.
- Participate in planning future tool development.

Manager is a UK guy -> Developer (currently c3 devs in Vietnam)

■REQUIREMENTS
- Gender: Any
- Age: under 35 years old
- Education: Any
- Experience: 3 years
*Key experience:
- 3++ years of experience in technical support or field application engineer role.
- Background is embedded engineer or practical experience with software (C and C++)
- Broad experience with debuggers, compilers, IDE's, RTOS, simulators and emulators.
- English: fluently with speaking and writing

■Salary in NET/gross : 40Mil
■Working time: Mon-Fri: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Flexible time, this time is suggested by you)
