JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Managing the company's human resources:
- Recruiting, training and integrating new personnel
- Manage personnel records, labor contracts, insurance
- Timekeeping, salary calculation, periodic staff capacity assessment
- Other jobs related to administration and human resources.
2. Manage and supervise the implementation of the working process at the company
- Check and monitor working time, in and out of the company
- Check and supervise the compliance with the working process implemented in each department, report to the Board of Directors for timely adjustment and handling.
3. Make sure everyone follows the workflow.
4. Ensure good implementation of the company's human resource strategy.
