1. WORK CONTENTS - Office administration (30%)
- Monitor and manage HR's working records in the company.
- Perform timekeeping for employees in the company.
- Receiving applications for late arrival, early departure, sick leave, leave, other official documents of employees in the company
- In charge of purchasing common assets, equipment or supplies in the company and related work as required by the company.
- Recruitment (70%)
- Directly in charge of recruitment through TopCV, FB, Zalo channels for positions according to the company's personnel needs, contacting candidates and setting up interviews.
- Contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, setting up interviews and supporting other departments during the interview process.
- Manage candidate data in the recruitment process
- Receiving and handing over jobs to new employees
2. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS- Minimum 6 months experience in similar position
