Job Description

1. WORK CONTENTS
- Office administration (30%)
  • Monitor and manage HR's working records in the company.
  • Perform timekeeping for employees in the company.
  • Receiving applications for late arrival, early departure, sick leave, leave, other official documents of employees in the company
  • In charge of purchasing common assets, equipment or supplies in the company and related work as required by the company.
- Recruitment (70%)
  • Directly in charge of recruitment through TopCV, FB, Zalo channels for positions according to the company's personnel needs, contacting candidates and setting up interviews.
  • Contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, setting up interviews and supporting other departments during the interview process.
  • Manage candidate data in the recruitment process
  • Receiving and handing over jobs to new employees

2. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 6 months experience in similar position
  • Have a personal laptop
  • Create basic office information
  • He is enthusiastic, thoughtful, careful, meticulous and observant.
