Job Description

- Searching, recruiting and screening human resources according to the development requirements of the Company
- Interviewing and assisting in interviewing qualified candidates to work at the Company
- Background check for employees holding key positions or employees in important positions related to the company's reputation, assets and business secrets.
- Update, manage and regularly monitor personnel records, employee mortgages.
- In charge of activities related to policies and regimes for employees (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, sickness, maternity, welfare...).
- Develop working rules, regulations on salary and bonus, regulations on reward and discipline of the Company.
- Follow up the route of new employees, probationary employees;
- Prepare monthly reports on personnel situation and send them to the Board of Directors to evaluate the changes in personnel in the month, evaluate the quality of new employees and probationary employees;
- Proposing to reward and discipline employees;
- Proposing to transfer work positions or reduce personnel for inefficient and low-capacity working positions.
- Resolve conflicts, internal conflicts within the company;
- Drafting labor contracts and managing labor contract items (new signing, contract liquidation, re-signing, contract termination...).
- Develop regulations on administrative procedures in the Company.
- Drafting administrative documents such as official letters, decisions, notices, reports...;
- Coordinate with departments to monitor and evaluate probationary employees, make reports to TPNS..
- Responsible for office administration management (timekeeping, salary calculation, bonus and punishment regime for employees...).
- Managing outgoing - incoming dispatches, making administrative forms and making weekly work results reports to TPNS.
- Manage stationery and internal expenses of the Company.
- Capture the working schedule and check the daily work of the housekeeping and security department.
- Capture the personnel of the security service provider doing security work at the Company.
- Control in terms of security, fire and explosion prevention, occupational hygiene and safety in the Company. Organize and set up regulations and procedures for controlling security and order, protecting assets... and guiding and supervising implementation units.
- Organization of events and conferences in the company. Prepare accommodation and travel procedures for partners who have a close relationship with the Company.
- Carry out diplomatic work with local government agencies under the direction of TPNS.
- Perform other administrative tasks under the direction of TPNS.
