Quickly handle minor product defects when customers bring them directly to the Jellyfish Repair Station and the product is recalled - unsuitable due to internal units of the company.
Transfer/receive the products sent to the company for warranty/repair on schedule.
Call to inform customers about the product's status and handling direction.
Follow the procedures of importing and exporting products and components to repair products.
Comply with the rules and regulations of the Center/Company related to the work and duties being undertaken.
Perform arising tasks related to assigned tasks at the request of Station Manager/Head of DVHM Department.
