Ensure recruitment according to the right needs, on the right schedule and on the committed time / Ensure recruitment according to requirement, manpower planning and SLA.
Ensure the job description is complete and up-to-date for each position. Manage and guide the departments to update the Job Description when there are positions that need Recruitment / Ensure JDs of all positions are updated. Manage and guide other departments to update the Job Description when they have personnel requisition.

Training, sharing knowledge and experience and developing staff in HRBP/ Training, sharing, coaching team members.

Participate in other related projects assigned by HR Director.
