- Receive support requests directly from users, via email or hotline or submit tickets through the ServiceDesk system
- Analyze problems on your own or with a team, propose solutions and implement them. Key support areas include PC (hardware/software/connectivity), LAN cables, Wireless, printers, fax machines, scanners, copiers, projectors and other IT equipment.
- PC/Laptop setup (hardware/software/connections) for newbies
- Maintain/Upgrade PC (hardware/software/connection) and other IT devices for users
