- Receive and make orders from distributors/agents
- Follow up orders, resolve complaints within the scope of management
- Control inventory, track best-selling, slow-selling, etc.
- Monitor and control debts and sales of salespeople/NPPs/agents;
- Make payment for goods and gifts according to the company's promotion program in each period for distributors/agents
- Make reports on demand
