- Track construction machine costs and general costs for each project.
- Prepare and allocate costs and calculate costs for each work, work item when it is accepted.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on material situation, accounting and tax.
– Organize and store books and documents in a scientific and easy-to-find way. Especially the arising documents, the minutes of the acceptance in each phase, the whole acceptance test, the liquidation of the contract.
- Compare data between the estimate and the actual arising. Compare input documents and actual costs to plan input balance.
