Track attendance daily and monthly
-Calculate monthly salary based on timesheets
- Monitor customer debt, compare debt, and collect debt
-Make quotes, send contracts to customers, contact customers.
-Monitor purchasing of materials, check material prices at different times, update material prices regularly
-Monitor inventory, issue VAT invoices
-Monitor and store accounting documents such as input invoices, track inventory to issue invoices
-Store scientific, clear and complete accounting documents for easy tracking
-Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
