Job Description

Introduce:
Roma Development Investment is a joint stock company operating in the field of Real Estate in Ho Chi Minh City. We are currently looking for a "project manager" position with skills such as Communication, Supervision, Planning. Job details:
  1. Specific tasks:
  • Make an allocation table of short-term, long-term prepaid expenses, tools, etc. Accounting for those allocations.
  • Calculating and depreciating fixed assets, accounting for depreciation of fixed assets.
  • Conduct inventory of fixed assets every 6 months.
  • Provide detailed data of monthly allocations, prepayments and deductions.
  • Perform allocation and transfer entries.
  • Prepare Tax Reports according to State regulations.
  • Monitor and check, make a list of input and output VAT invoices, taxes.
Quarterly work of general accountant.
  • Prepare quarterly CIT declaration
  • Prepare quarterly VAT and PIT declarations.
  • Prepare quarterly invoice calculation report.
  • Enter data, process information, accounting data, accounting documents through arising economic operations of enterprises.
  • Accounting for expenses, depreciation, debts, taxes and other transactions.
  • Monitor and manage debt.
  • Prepare quarterly invoice usage report.
  • Prepare reports as required by management.
  • Collect data and calculate expenses.
  • Check and reconcile detailed data with the ledger.
Annual work of general accountant.
The beginning of the year of general accounting
  • Submit a license tax return and license tax
  • Consolidation of profit and loss for the previous fiscal year.
  • Calculating license tax expenses for the new fiscal year.
At the end of the year, general accounting needs to be done.
  • Check the balance between detailed and general accounting data.
  • Check if the ending balance is similar to the detailed reports.
  • Prepare the balance sheet for the annual account.
  • Prepare CIT and PIT finalization declarations.
  • Financial statements.
  • Prepare reports as required by management.
  • Print the book number.
2. Required skills of general accountants.
  • Having accounting professional capacity, ability to synthesize, firmly grasp accounting regimes, experience in handling arising financial situations.
  • Organize, arrange and develop a plan to perform assigned tasks.
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze reports, build complete financial statements.
3. Powers of general accountants.
  • Request subordinate departments to provide fully and timely reports related to accounting.
  • If there is a professional error that affects work efficiency, the general accountant may request junior staff in the agency or enterprise to adjust the profession.
  • Make recommendations on the operation and financial plan of the business so that the Prison Committee can approve and consider.
