- Check orders, economic contracts, payment orders to suppliers.
- Monitor and manage receivables and payables throughout the Company.
- Identify, propose to set up provisions and handle cases of bad debts.
- Issue sales invoices when incurred;
- Enter output and input accounting documents
- Accounting for accounting operations, entries for CCDC-fixed asset cost allocation.
- Check the reasonableness and balance between accounting entries, detailed and general books.
- Declare VAT, personal income tax, corporate income tax, and submit financial statements at the request of authorities (tax, banks, etc.) and the Board of Directors
- Explain reported data and provide records and data to tax authorities and K15 inspectors as required
- Print books and documents, store and preserve them according to regulations - Collect, store and preserve documents, keep accounting data confidential
- INTERNAL GENERAL ACCOUNTING SECTION:
- Make weekly, monthly, quarterly and internal reports.
- Plan and supervise the implementation of the company's Board of Directors' instructions;
- Other tasks assigned by department heads and company Board of Directors.
