Monitor and manage receivables and payables, collect input/output invoices
Prepare accounting documents and clearly account for revenues, expenses, purchases, sales, depreciation, taxes....
Check and compare the valid and legal costs of accounting documents
Check arising accounts and compare detailed and aggregated data between departments
Allocation of costs and prices
Check the consistency of ending balances with documentary reports and ensure balance between general and detailed data
Prepare internal accounting reports as required by management and Board of Directors
Balance revenue, costs, and profit monthly/quarterly
Prepare monthly/quarterly VAT and CIT declarations periodically
Make detailed and general books for the company and make statistics according to regulations to prepare reports on inventory, debt, fund balance, and financial statements.
