• Translating and interpreting related to factory production
• Manage production materials, packaging and ordering
• In charge of ordering - payment - checking related goods
• Human resources work, internal accounting (salary calculation, social insurance, invoices, contracts, recruitment,...)
• Check product quality, packaging, export procedures (work with shipping parties)
• Human resource support, support for Japanese employees (work permit, temporary residence)
• Other jobs (as directed)

Salary: Negotiable (Net salary)
Probation period: 2 months
Working start time: From March 2023

Application conditions:

• Japanese language level N3-N2
• Priority is given to having experience translating in a manufacturing company
• Communicate well in Japanese

Work location: District 12, City. HCM
Working hours: : 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; Lunch break: 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m
