GENERAL ACCOUNTANT - WORKING IN HCMC at Ho Chi Minh City - Thủy Lâm Ngân

* Monitor, check, compare, synthesize and reflect fully, accurately and promptly all arising economic operations of the Company in accounting books and vouchers.
* Analyze and evaluate financial activities and business performance of the company on a regular basis, in order to properly assess the financial position of the Company. Detect waste, damage that has occurred, inefficient jobs or stagnation in activities at the Company in order to take remedial measures to ensure increasing operating results and profits.
* Prepare budget contingency plans in appropriate forms to meet unexpected budget needs.
* Inventory and assessment of fixed assets, tools, instruments, cash, ... to assess the use situation, ensure that the assets of the Enterprise are controlled and used appropriately rational and profitable, avoiding the case of loss.
* Monitor and manage debt
* Calculate salary for staff and make deductions according to salary
* Perform the work of storing data, books, ensuring safety and security.
* Declaration, quarterly reports, annual financial statements, tax finalization at the request of the Tax Agency & Auditing Unit or the Board of Directors of the Company.
* Prepare balance sheets, business results reports, cash flow statements, notes to financial statements and management reports for the organization on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
* Ensure the confidentiality of customer information, economic and financial information of the company
* Support transactions with relevant functional industries such as: Tax, Department of Planning & Investment, Customs, Branch of Corporate Financial Management, ...
* Perform some other tasks at the request of the Board of Directors and Head of Department
