- Receive warehouse receipts, inspection invoices and accounting into the software according to reality.
- Check the Company's payment documents in accordance with the Company's regulations and the law for the Company's payment proposal.
- Planning cash receipts and payments, actual arising banks
- Prepare reports of receivables payable, debt age by week, month to plan payment.
- Make a record of debt reconciliation with Customers and Suppliers, reconcile accounts receivable and payable of accounting books with monthly records of debt reconciliation with suppliers (if any).
- Check the balance between the general and detailed books, ensure that the accounting entries are in accordance with accounting standards and are reasonable with the tax law.
- Coordinate with warehouse accountant to check the quantity of goods at the end of the month. Perform and check the average cost of ending inventory. Check and compare the data of the warehouse keeper and the warehouse accountant
- Organize accounting records and reflect accurately, truthfully, timely and fully all assets. Identify and accurately and timely reflect the results of the end-of-year asset inventory. Proposal to handle the loss, damage, damage (if any).
- Organize and maintain accounting documents and books.
- Perform other tasks as required by Chief Accountant and Director.
