‒ Responsible for accounting and financial affairs of the Company, including:
+ Accounting and checking the transactions arising in the period (revenue, expenses, salary, asset depreciation, ...)
+ Ensure accounting records are recorded accurately, in accordance with Vietnamese accounting standards
+ Calculating and reporting production/product prices; Statistical information on raw materials, auxiliary materials, transportation costs, production in progress
+ Checking the import and export status of goods and raw materials
+ Keep track of advances, refunds, debts, internal accounting documents
+ Make tax reports, periodical financial statements, summarize and make reports on financial situation and efficiency, report to investors
+ Support for budget management
+ Store and preserve accounting records and vouchers in accordance with the company's regulations
‒ Monitoring timekeeping, salary calculation, social insurance for employees
‒ Other administrative procedures.
‒ Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Candidate Requirements
- Graduated from College or University; Priority is given to majors in economics, business administration, finance and accounting.
- Mastering accounting operations, prior experience with tax authorities is preferred.
- Having 1 year experience working in agricultural production and trading companies is an advantage.
- Proficient in the use of accounting software, office computers (especially Excel).
