WORK CONTENT
- Responsible for controlling and preparing financial reports and corporate management reports
- Liaise with tax authorities to resolve issues related to the company
- Responsible to the Board of Directors and Board of Directors for accounting data and settlement at the company
- Advise the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of Directors on the field of finance and accounting.
- Interactive relationships with chief accountants of related companies (sales companies, construction companies) implementing investment, payment and sales of the project
- Plan the company's operating budget and project budget periodically. - Guide the accounting department to gather documents and be responsible for tax finalization and project finalization with relevant agencies. , perform final settlement of project items and projects handed over to the state

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from university majoring in auditing, accounting, finance, etc.
- Chief Accountant training certificate (Article 54, Accounting Law
- Over 5 years of experience in the field of construction accounting and construction investment projects
- Have professional experience and accounting skills in the real estate industry.
- Have experience in project settlement and tax settlement

- Have experience working with tax authorities: tax refund, tax finalization and project finalization
