Organize, manage and operate all activities of the accounting department
Check the accuracy of receipts, payment slips, sales invoices, receipts, and cash funds daily.
Prepare periodic business performance reports for the Board of Directors.
Check and control all revenues and expenses arising in the period.
Control prices, expenses, revenue, profit and loss, inventory, debt and reporting.
Control the Company's accounts and prepare financial reports and tax reports. Analyze reports, thereby capturing fluctuations in expenses, revenues, debts... to promptly provide solutions to control costs according to the proposed plan.
Develop and disseminate professional policies and regulations to all employees in the department.
Act as the focal point for working with tax authorities on issues related to tax finalization. Handle arising incidents optimally.
Regularly update and grasp information about tax and accounting laws.
Organize and store documents and accounting records in accordance with law and record control procedures.
