- Monitor advances and disbursements to employees
- Make deposit and purchase contracts for villa customers
- Make debt reminder notices and payment confirmation letters.
- Make receipts and expenses incurred daily.
- Issue invoices and monitor customer receivables
- Prepare payment documents for subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor accounts payable
- Extract construction costs, enter input invoices.
- Support making monthly tax reports (VAT)
- Treasurer
- Arrange documents and documents
- Some other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant
