"Describe
1. To ensure material flow, SOP, Testing Equipment/tools, IQC system and operations are effectively implemented to ensure Parts Quality at Production Line and meet requirements of ISO and Customer.
a) Develop and review the SOP including detailed test and inspection methods, using the respective tools.
b) Perform Initial Inspections according to the Parts Specification, ISO Drawings and Procedures.
2. Perform failure analysis of defective parts to find root cause and give correct feedback to supplier and request Corrective and Corrective Action.
3. To monitor and validate parts Quality Improvement from discovery to completion by reviewing supplier Corrective Actions (8D's, 5W1H and other problem solving methods ), Confirm the Fix in the Vendor process and track the results.
4. Participate in the introduction of new Suppliers, conduct Quality Assessments and process audits. Develop supplier quality control documentation.
5. Participate in the process of allocating Vendor order quantities and making recommendations to the purchasing department based on the Supplier Quality Scorecard and new supplier reviews
6. To implement / promote the Continuous Improvement programs of IQC Activities
7. Report promptly and appropriately any situation that may affect the contractor; to prevent any negative impact on the factory, due to the quality of components.
Experience required
• Education: Electrical, Electronic Engineer or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance of circuit board components or electronic components. Entry test, Vendor assessment and supplier relationship, IQC sampling plan, Problem Solving Tool (8D's, CE-chart, 5W1H, etc.), X-Ray, ICP, XRF, Reliability Test.
• Knowledge of drawings, specifications, Measurement: Practice the equipment to test and measure for mechanical parts,
• Knowledge of Gauge R&R, Cpk, Pk, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, CAPA, NCR and SCAR, SQE & AQL.
• Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• English 80% written and spoken. 100% Vietnamese language.
• Skills in coordination, communication, leadership, development of teamwork, supervision skills and negotiation skills with Suppliers.
• Analytical and Planning skills.
