1. Updating and disseminating outlines, forms, acceptance procedures, quality management
- Updating outlines, forms of acceptance process, volume management;
- Issue and guide new contractors on outlines, forms of acceptance process, volume management;
2. Check the volume management dossier and as-built dossier submitted by the contractor
- Checking volume management records, as-built records and other related documents in the payment and settlement period;
- Coordinating with related departments, tracking data to track import and export of materials;
- Feedback the contractor's inappropriate data to the relevant departments/TVGS/contractor for agreement and correction;
- Independently control and receive information from partner units (Contractor - GS Consultant ...) parts of Construction Management Department to coordinate and control accurate documents and volumes (if necessary)
3. Coordinate with other departments to clarify technical design - construction, quality management documents
- Check and coordinate with the Design department, construction supervision to clarify design documents, construction documents for construction items;
- Control drawings for coordination between departments about M&E;
- Coordinating with Material and Equipment staff, TVGS to control the quality of input materials.
- Other tasks as directed by superiors
