BUILDING ARCHITECT at Ho Chi Minh City - Xây Dựng Phát Triển Miền Tây

JOB DETAILS:
- Design the master plan, detail, estimate the total investment for construction investment projects.
- Designing and drafting architectural plans for investment projects of the Company.
- Advise the Board of Directors on issues related to the Project's planning and architecture.
- Management and control of planning and architectural design documents. Work directly with partners such as design consultants, construction contractors on issues related to works to ensure quality and schedule requirements.
- Update regulations, standards, documents in the field of construction and architecture.
- Preparation of documents, development of construction projects of the Company.
- Collaborate with project team.
- Working with agencies, departments related to the investment preparation of the project
- Be directly responsible to the company's leaders for the technical and artistic criteria of the assigned drawing documents.
- Support individuals and departments in Architecture/Interior/Real Estate related works.
- Coordinate with other technical subjects such as M&E, structure, interior,...
- Make a plan to manage the quality and progress of architectural design documents for the project.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Leader. Perform work according to professional titles under the management and administration of the Head of Department.

WORKING TIME: 8am - 5pm From Monday to Saturday morning
