Job description:
- Design, manage, and supervise the construction of work items related to the electrical system (installation of electrical cabinets, electrical cabling, lights, sockets, switches, phone audio,... ), water supply and drainage system, or fire protection system, or ventilation air conditioning system (HVAC), compressed air system, ...
- Quantity take-off, volume control, equipment.
- Prepare completed volume documents and approve completed volumes according to schedule.
- Coordinate with Investor Consulting... partial acceptance, phase acceptance and project handover acceptance.
- Prepare construction drawings and carry out construction at the construction site (if any), including: organizing the construction team, monitoring the progress and quality of construction according to the standards applied to the project.

- Salary: From 7 - 20 million, depending on ability

Job requirements:
Level:
- Graduated from University or College majoring in Electrical, Mechanical systems or equivalent.
- Proficient in using specialized software Autocad and office software Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Understanding of standards and legal regulations on construction management and mechanical and electrical construction.
Experience:
- Accept CVs for all candidates without experience
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in designing and constructing electrical systems, HVAC, water supply and drainage, and fire protection for hotels, high-rise buildings, factory and industrial projects.
