Construction engineer and estimating. (1 position)

- Prepare construction project estimates

- Take off and check quantities based on drawings

- Monitor construction progress and project quality

- Actively coordinate with other specialized departments to ensure progress requirements and document accuracy.

- Update prices, material and equipment markets, project cost calculation coefficients, and legal documents on construction cost planning and management.

- Establish norms of materials used for the project.

- Some other tasks as requested by Superiors. Candidate requirements.
