1. Help the Executive Board handle issues related to service quality.
2. Planning, carrying out the site assessment, making the assessment reports (Quick report, Field assessment report, assessment report No. 1,2..., Final certificate)
3. Actively contact by phone, email, negotiate and exchange with customers. Coordinate with stakeholders to get the job done.
4. Collect quotes, make estimates, calculate and adjust losses.
5. Coordinate with the accounting department in collecting and claiming related cases.
6. Support other departments in the company's work.
7. Perform other assignments of the Executive Board.
8. Carry out site inspection
9. Assessment, examination and consideration of expertised objects
10. With technical expertise in mechanics, we make assessments and make inspection certificates at the office to provide to customers.
11. Report work results to superiors.

1. Understand and grasp the professional and technical fields related to the assigned work (Marine Engineer, Transport, Irrigation, Construction, Mechanic - Manufacturing, Automotive Mechanic. auto, electrical - electronics, Materials)
2. Understand the basic assessment process, the documents related to the case.
3. Qualification:
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in a major or equivalent.
+ At least 1 year of experience.
+ Reading comprehension and common communication in English.
+ Proficient in the use of computers.
+ Health, agility, resourcefulness, good attitude towards work.
+ Knowledge of QMS
