1. Directly manage the construction work on site;
· Calculate and review actual construction volume and bidding volume.
· Calculation of increased/decreased volume during construction.
· Prepare and monitor the progress of contract signing, order progress, and submit to the Commander & Project Director for approval.
· Check and summarize the table of total construction volume of subcontractors according to the assigned scope of work. Confirm the payment volume to subcontractors periodically, in accordance with the acceptance volume according to the acceptance report provided by the Quality Management Department.
· Prepare payment records for suppliers on a regular basis, in accordance with the delivery records and quality certificates provided by the Quality Management department.
· Monitor payments and update site financial status.

· Coordinate with related parties, check and accept construction quality.

5. Communication management (managing the use of company image at the construction site).
