Deploy and implement quality documents (checklist, acceptance minutes,...) according to the construction plan. Support the Executive Board in implementing procedures for preparing and submitting QA/QC documents.
Store project records properly according to the Company's quality management system.
Participate in research and propose effective construction plans, saving costs and implementation time.
Support the Executive Board to determine the cause and plan to resolve the Investor's complaints about the quality of the project; Receive and synthesize investors' questions about issues related to project quality and report and seek opinions from the Executive Board.
Prepare legal documents before project implementation including: construction drawings, construction logbook, construction methods, construction progress, quality management process, sample testing and inspection, safety full labor....
Check the quality of input materials and construction equipment. Submit samples of supplies and equipment.
Prepare reports to monitor the approval of materials and report the volume of materials to the project. Prepare material acceptance documents.
Calculate, check unit price, construction volume and support the Executive Board to check and confirm the arising volume of the Construction Team and Subcontractors.
Check payment records of Construction Teams and Subcontractors in accordance with company regulations.
Synthesize and monitor the payment volume of Subcontractors and Construction Teams, compare with the project's payment volume with Customers/Investors.
Implement procedures, quality documents, acceptance and settlement of projects as assigned by the Commander.
