Work content:
Responsible for the mechanical design of consumer electronics products, capable of monitoring progress and working with mold manufacturing companies, handling problems during the mechanical assembly production process.
- Working with customers/industrial product design engineers to make the design assemble into a real complete product.
- Complete detailed 2D & 3D drawings
- Review, evaluate and change mechanical design
- Export drawings and work with mold manufacturing companies
- Plan production in detail from start to finish and ensure that work progress is carried out according to the stated plan.
- Understand products and components in OHV, product structure/BOM, and Engineer Change (EC) process
- And perform other tasks assigned by VP Production or Superior
Job requirements:
- Graduated from majors related to Mechanical design
- Have 5-10 years of experience in mechanical design for consumer electronics products with plastic casings.
- Have good experience in completing 3D & 2D detailed drawings using Solidworks/Pro-E/AutoCAD software or according to customer requirements including waterproof function, or plastic mold production and assembly ( control devices, walkie-talkies, payment gateways)
- Have experience in the production process of materials or small components
- Ability to review drawings, verify components, and work with companies that produce molds or metal components.
- Work with department members to complete projects from industrial product design to actual production
