Organizing, implementing and monitoring ME projects (engineering systems in hospitals and clinics):
● Review the design and technique according to each group of systems/projects in charge.
● Submit materials and equipment of the project in charge. Separation of ordered materials according to the norm. Control the use of materials, auxiliary materials, construction machines and tools by workers according to construction work norms.
● Participating in project bidding
● Deploy detailed construction drawings according to each group of systems and projects in charge.
● Prepare construction methods according to each group of systems and projects in charge
● Control the quality of workmanship, quality of construction according to the technical requirements of the project and the Company's standards.
● Supervising construction workers to ensure safety, hygiene, arranging and storing materials neatly according to the requirements of the project and the Company.
● Control construction quality and report daily as required by construction progress.
● Control the quality, quantity and documents of materials delivered to the construction site as required and checked and accepted with investors and customers.
● Perform testing, test run according to each group of systems/projects in charge.
● Carrying out the documents and pre-acceptance test with the consultant, the investor, giving and protecting the acceptance and payment volume.
II. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
● Male from 25 to 35 years old
● At least 2 years of experience in Chief Engineer, project engineer, construction supervision of electromechanical systems, design, installation, testing and operation of one of the electromechanical/control systems Ventilation/HVAC/Clean air.
● Graduated from University majoring in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Refrigeration.
● Ability to: Review design and engineering according to each group of systems in charge/Separate ordered materials/Update, edit drawings and deploy sample drawings, make construction methods/Capture requirements Construction requirements, installation of basic jobs / Grasping common measuring tools and measuring methods.
● Collaborative spirit, problem-solving ability and good communication skills, Skilled in planning, proactively giving solutions to problems, managing working time effectively.
● Able to work independently and under high pressure, willing to travel according to project requirements.
