- Acceptance of construction volume in the project
- Carrying out the work of making cost estimates, design estimates for construction works, appraising estimates of finished works and interiors.
- Valuing arising tasks to assign to teams and subcontractors
- Coordinating the work of inviting bids, assigning contracts, and finalizing works
- Read drawings
- Other duties as directed by the Board of Directors
