- Operate the entire building's electromechanical system
- Manage water and electricity equipment, infrastructure of the building
- Repair, maintenance and maintenance of electrical and water equipment
- Fully comply with professional technical requirements, occupational safety and regulations on fire prevention and fighting
- Perform other tasks as requested by management
REQUEST:
