1. Area management technician
- Installation, warranty, inspection and repair of technical problems from Tap in to customer's house, providing telecommunications services to customers.
- Operation of telecommunications network infrastructure system.
- Assigned to manage and be responsible for service quality and cancel cancellation in a certain area.
- Actively visit and maintain services at customers' homes, establish relationships with customers to maintain customers, limit customers leaving the network.
- Cut off services, recover devices of subscribers leaving the network, collect debt charges, develop subscribers.
2. Network operation technician
- Implement the plan to check and evaluate the network operation in the districts according to the plan proposed by the technical leader.
- Coordinating and performing rescue, troubleshooting of fiber optic network infrastructure, optical equipment, directly performing monitoring and confirming incident handling results (in case of infrastructure belonging to the unit); partner responsible for operation).
- Support the network operation / incident response in the districts when dispatched from the Leader / Head of Technical Department.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Technical Manager.

Request
- Male aged 23 and over
- Graduated from high school or higher majoring in IT, electricity, electronics, telecommunications,... Having experience working in TV service companies VNPT, Mobifone, FPT,... is an advantage.
- Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, etc. is an advantage.
- No foreign language required.
