Recruiting Taxi Group Drivers - Newly trained drivers with a B2 license or higher
1. Quantity: 30 drivers.
2. General criteria when applying for a taxi driver job:
* Being a male/female Vietnamese citizen, aged between 18 and 50.
o Male: height from 1m55 or more and weight over 50kg.
o Female: height from 1m50 or more and weight over 45kg.
* Ensure the health of operating tourist cars according to the characteristics of Taxi transport.
* No criminal record, no use of stimulants, narcotics.
* Have a driver's license of class B2 or higher issued by a competent state agency and have a validity of more than 2 months.
* Quick and professional demeanor.
o Male: height from 1m55 or more and weight over 50kg.
o Female: height from 1m50 or more and weight over 45kg.
3. Job Description:
Job description of a taxi driver when applying for a taxi driver job in Hanoi.
* Taxi driver at Hanoi Noi Bai airport, transporting customers from the airport to the locations requested by customers in Hanoi and neighboring provinces.
* Driving at Taxi Hanoi lobby: Drivers park and pick up passengers at hotel lobby, commercial centers, bus stations, piers, apartment buildings in the company's operation lobby.
* Working time to receive car 24h, registered to work 24 shifts / month or 16 shifts / month. You can apply for overtime if you want.
* Drivers pick up and drop off passengers according to the active switchboard with the number of customers calling about every day
* Drivers to pick up and drop off passengers at operating points in the form of ordering.
* Drive to pick up and drop off guests at large hotel lobby. Currently, Taxi Group is operating at 100% of 4 & 5 star hotel lobby in Hanoi.
* Pick up customers according to the brokerage point of taxi Group. Currently, there are about large and small brokerage points in Hanoi.
* Contracted shuttle driver available daily
* Freedom to do business according to your ability. Pick up and drop off customers according to the movement of the operation center (call center).
4. Driver's benefits when working at the company:

* Driver's salary is paid according to the turnover rate (according to the sharing ratio).

5. Dossier includes:
* Job application.
* Curriculum Vitae (with local certification).
* Certificate of personnel (certified by the local police).
* Health certificate (for drivers).
* Driver's license, CMT, Household registration, (photocopy does not need to be notarized).
6. Liability mortgage
* Currently, Taxi Group requires a single mortgage of VND. The driver can pay in 2 times, when submitting the application for professional training, the first half is paid until the official contract is signed with the company to receive the car to work, then continue to pay.
* Business contract is 2 years. At the end of 2 years, the company will fully refund 8 million to the driver if the driver does not want to sign the next contract.
