- Conduct training and coaching on product knowledge, care skills, and sales skills.
- Organize and carry out research on the market and competitors.
- Collect and process feedback and complaints from customers.
- Report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly business situation.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
