• Fluently communicate in Chinese, receive information and training data from experts from China.
• Perform periodic/unscheduled synthesis, reporting, and analysis as requested by the department head.
• Carry out market research, analyze trends, needs and behaviors of customers, competitors and factors affecting the marketing activities of the business.
• Support the board of directors in developing and implementing marketing plans, strategies and goals for the business's products and services.
• Participate in ideation, design and production of Marketing content such as articles, images, videos, brochures, posters, banners, emails, websites, social networks, etc.
• Organize and participate in Marketing events such as seminars, exhibitions, fairs, etc. to promote the brand and strengthen relationships with customers and partners.
• Monitor, evaluate and report the effectiveness of Marketing, advertising and business activities, propose improvement and optimization solutions.
• Manage and track Marketing budget, ensuring reasonable and effective costs.
• Update and maintain customer, partner and stakeholder databases.
• Support administrative and office tasks related to Marketing.
